February’s club meeting will be Monday, February 16th (President’s Day) at the usual time and place (7:00-9:00 at Wandering Griffin – several of us generally get there early to hopefully score some of Dave’s brisket). Joey Brumley, owner of H.B.Y.O.B., will be there to talk about what it’s like to run a homebrew store. We’re also going to something a little different, based on those survey results. That first hour’s bottle share will have a separate table for some “honest” feedback on your beer. Not necessarily BJCP completion level scoring, but maybe more useful.

So bring a bottle of home brew (beer, mead, wine, cider, whatever!) and invite a friend!
