The monthly members meeting will be Monday, March 18th at 7 PM at Wandering Griffin (3725 Presidential Dr, Beavercreek, OH 45324). We will be doing malt sensory training using the hot steep method to compare base malts. Can you tell the difference between Maris Otter and domestic 2-row?
