Homebrewers! We are gearing up for several events through August and September that I would like to highlight heading into the weekend before our monthly club meeting.

First off, please note the location change from Warped Wing to Branch & Bone for this months meeting, this Monday August 20th, 7-9pm. This change is only for this months meeting due to Dayton Beer Week events at Warped Wing. For additional info and discussion see our FB event page Here.

Up next will be our Club Night Out, but during the day this time, at Yellow Springs Brewery, Saturday August 25th, 1-3pm. Come out to join fellow club members and enjoy a pint or 2 in support of one of our generous sponsors. For additional info and discussion see our FB event page Here

Attention Mead makers! The 2018 Lithopolis Honeyfest is just around the corner, and along with the festival Brothers Drake Meadery sponsors a home-brew mead competition. Entries are due by September 1st. Check the link Here for all the info! 🐝

Last but not least our annual Brewfest competition is just around the corner (9/8/18 @ Columbia Hall)! Entry registration and drop off is open through 9/5@7pm. Get those beverages ready and enter early and often! We are looking forward to another great event this year, with judging kicking off around 9am on the 8th. After Best of Show judging is complete we open up the hall (around 5pm) for our chili cook off, followed by awards and raffle prizes! Please consider judging or stewarding the competition, bring your best pot of chili to share, and a bit of cash for raffle tickets to support the club.
